Relationships:
-Kristoph: They were in an open sort of relationship for quite a while. They both like and are attracted to one another, enjoying one another's company for the time being, but they have other more important romantic agendas in mind for the long run.
-Adachi: Dislikes him. Wonders why he thinks her not-as-innocent-as-she-looks turn is such a big deal.
-Phoenix: They're not exactly close friends, but they're united in their mushy beliefs about true love.
-Daryan: Currently in a loose relationship, but it's mostly just friends with benefits.
-Edgeworth: They're friends and both huge romantics. Thinks his relationship with Phoenix is just the cutest thing ever.
-Fenimore: Fenimore was her first friend outside her village and family, so she's the one who gave Shirley something of a crash course in what friends are like. Shirley respects Fenimore's judgment on most topics, considering her more worldly.
